Order a service

    Our translation agency tries not to complicate the ordering procedure by unnecessary formalities. Our main goal is to create a system which allows you to get the translated material in the term you specify. Simply contact us and suggest any method of order placement most convenient for you. Below we offer some of the most acceptable options.

•  By filling in our online form

    The cost estimate of the translation is made by the employees of Minsk City Centre of Translations free of charge. Your request does not bind you to order the translation or other services at our Centre.

    Please attach the source file to the form and specify the languages. After receiving your request and determining its volume we shall send the cost estimate to your e-mail address and be ready to discuss the fulfillment terms and conditions.

    If you know the quantity of characters with spaces in the document, you can calculate the approximate cost of the translation using our page of rates.

The source text can be delivered:

•  By e-mail

    Send us the source text by e-mail to our address: office @ beltranslations.com. Please provide your contact data so that we can contact you and specify all the details.

•  By fax

    You can send the source materials by fax having indicated your contact data and we shall contact you in order to specify all the details. It is not recommended to fax the documents which have more than 1-3 pages as in most cases there is 1 or 2 blurry strings per page transmitted by fax. Accordingly when the document has more than 10 pages, the analysis of these strings will take more time than if you scan the document and send it by e-mail.

•  By courier

    If the total cost of your order exceeds 50000 Belarusian rubles and the source materials cannot be transmitted by one of the ways indicated above we shall send a courier to you free of charge. If the order cost is less than above, you can send for our courier after preliminary coordination.

•  By post

You can send the source text to our address.

•  Personally

    You can personally deliver the source materials (printed, on a floppy disk, CD or any other media) and discuss all the details of your order at our company office.
